About me

I’ve always believed that exploration—whether of the world or the self—holds the key to transformation. My journey began in the realm of travel and adventure, where I dedicated myself to crafting extraordinary experiences that would inspire and change people. With a background in Marine Biology and Business, and having traveled to over 100 countries, I discovered early on that my life's work was rooted in helping others experience the world—and themselves—more deeply.

Over the last two decades, I’ve worked globally in the digital, start-up, and technology sectors, collaborating with iconic brands like Disney, REI, and Exos to build meaningful businesses. As the Founder and CEO of Modern Adventure, I’ve led a company that turns brands’ missions into unforgettable experiences, rooted in purpose. My work in creating impactful experiences extends to my role as a board member, investor, and advisor to early and growth-stage startups.

But what I’ve realized through all my work is that the greatest adventure is internal—the journey of returning to the self. That’s why I founded The Work Lab, a space dedicated to guiding leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals through the personal transformation that drives authentic leadership. My approach integrates coaching, facilitation, and legal psilocybin sessions, helping people unlock their potential, align with their purpose, and show up fully in every aspect of life.

In 2017, I shared my perspective on the transformative power of experiences in my TEDxPortland talk, which has been viewed over 1.8 million times. Today, I bring that same passion for transformation into The Work Lab, holding space for others as they engage in the deep, intentional work of personal and professional growth.

Through The Work Lab, I offer a blend of coaching and facilitation that helps leaders do the work of self-discovery and integration. Whether guiding a team retreat or facilitating a personal breakthrough, my goal is to empower people to live and lead from a place of authenticity, presence, and purpose.
