Psilocybin Therapy at The Work Lab
At The Work Lab, psilocybin sessions offer a powerful opportunity for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. Whether you’re looking for a standalone experience or want to incorporate it into an ongoing coaching relationship, these sessions are designed to fit your unique needs. Our approach goes beyond the required guidelines to create a deeply personalized, intentional journey.
1. Preparation
After an initial consultation, we’ll begin the process of preparing for your psilocybin session. You’ll complete a comprehensive intake form, and we’ll meet for a 1.5-2 hour session to focus your intentions. During this time, we’ll also explore self-care practices and ritual, setting the stage for the experience. A second meeting will take place 48 hours before the session to ensure you feel grounded and ready.
2. Administration
On the day of your journey, we’ll meet at the facilitation center, where you’ll have time to acclimate to the space and prepare mentally and emotionally. After completing a few required forms, the psilocybin will be administered. I will be by your side throughout the 4-6 hour session, guiding you through the phases of the experience and providing support as needed. At the end of the session, we’ll debrief, and I’ll ensure you’re ready to return home safely.
3. Integration
Integration is where the real work begins. Within 48-72 hours after your session, we’ll meet to discuss your insights and explore ways to incorporate them into your daily life. Together, we’ll craft a strategy for applying the lessons learned from the journey. Three weeks later, we’ll meet again to assess your progress and refine the path forward. Integration ensures that the breakthroughs you experience have a lasting impact, whether you choose this as a one-time service or as part of ongoing coaching.
At The Work Lab, psilocybin therapy is available à la carte or as part of a broader coaching relationship. Regardless of your path, we prioritize preparation, care, and integration, ensuring that your experience is transformative and meaningful.
